Mrs. Rogers primary area of
practice includes Domestic Relations/Family Law, Civil Litigation and
Probate/Estate work. Mrs. Rogers attended Western Kentucky University,
obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate and Organizational
Communication (2003), and a Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase
College of Law in 2006. She was admitted to practice law in the State
of Kentucky in 2006 and was admitted to practice in the United States
District Court in the Western District of Kentucky in 2006. Mrs. Rogers
became an associate with Greenwell & Frazer in 2006.
Brandi received recognition and
honors as a member of the Trial Advocacy Team (2005 Kentucky
Inter-state Champions, 2006 American Trial Lawyers Association Regional
Competition Finalist, and 2006 District Judge Highest Individual
Score); and was also the recipient of Who’s Who Among Law Students
(2004) and a KLEO Scholarship. She clerked for Chief Justice Joseph E.
Lambert of the Kentucky Supreme Court (2005) and she served on the
Kentucky Innocence Project and Chase Honor Counsel.
Currently, Brandi is a member of
the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Crittenden
County Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and the
Kentucky Association of Trial Attorneys. In 2007 she was elected to
serve on the KY-ASAP board and the Crittenden County Coalition for a
Drug-Free Community (CCCDFC) and the Crittenden County Library Board.
She is currently serving as President of the Crittenden County Bar
Association and Co-Chair of CCCDFC.
