Attorney Robert Bart Frazer

Mr. Frazer's primary area of practice includes civil litigation, municipal law, real estate and probate. Mr. Frazer attended the University of Kentucky, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (1989), Murray State University, obtaining a Masters of Business Administration (1995), and a Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College School of Law (1997). He was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1998. Mr. Frazer is admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Western District of Kentucky.

In 1998, Mr. Frazer began working with Bill Greenwell and his son Zac Greenwell as an Associate in the firm of Greenwell & Greenwell. On January 1, 1999, Zac Greenwell and Frazer formed the partnership of Greenwell & Frazer as Bill Greenwell assumed full time duties as Commonwealth Attorney and left private practice.  Since 1999, Frazer has served as City Attorney for Marion, Kentucky and from June 2002 through 2006 he served as Assistant County Attorney for Crittenden County.

Being a fourth generation Crittenden Countian, Frazer is active in the community in which he lives.  He currently is a trustee of the local hospital, Crittenden Health System, which his great-grandfather, Dr. T.A. Frazer, established.  Further, Frazer is a member of several local organizations promoting economic growth in the county such as Crittenden County Economic Development and the Crittenden County Chamber of Commerce.  He is also currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Crittenden County Bar Association as of 2007

Frazer is also honored to represent Crittenden County on the nine county Pennyrile Area Development District where he is a citizen board member and Vice-Chairman.  On January 11, 2007, Frazer was appointed to a four year term by Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher to serve on the State Personnel Board.

Bart and his wife Sharie live here in Crittenden County and have two children, Regan and Tucker and a Black Lab, Gipper.
